Would you like to have some spicy green peppers with a little bit of fermented bean paste sauce?
It has more vitamin C that we can think of! And it will bring a perfect summer taste with well-cooked sweet sticky brown rice and kimchi!
Yeah, I know it sounds very foreign. More accurately, it sounds very Korean. That’s the point of this blog! I’d like to share my personal experience with Korean food, hoping we can pull healthy diet menu together from Korean food. I’m going to post my thoughts and opinions about exercise, too.
I was born in S. Korea and moved to Los Angeles, USA in 2001.
If you run into funny or weird expressions or sentences - which you will quite often, please bear with my English. I’m trying to devote at least 30 minutes per day to improve my English.
